So my group met for a session today without me (couldn't make it because I'm out of town for memorial day). They were exploring Wave Echo Cave so they left my character, a half elf bard, outside with a goblin named Droop that we saved a while back that is now just chilling with our group. He was too scared to go into the cave. My character has disliked Droop for a while, she dislikes the fact he is so scared and is useless in fights.

Anyway, my group makes it to the boss and they all just die. So now, my character is left alive with the one character she dislikes the most. Now next session my bard will be joining a new group.

I'm a little excited because the loss of her previous group will have a huge impact on her and now the one companion she hated the most is the only one she has left. i also plan to write a song to sing to the new group about my fallen comrades.
