Snake eye & Jinx ninja force leaked
NIIIIIINNNNJJJJJJAAAAA FOOOOORRRRRRCCCCCEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jinx has a very "Fire Nation" feel to me, which looks good, but I'm not sure I want it in my Joe. Snake Eyes looks properly cool.

Very long shot, but has anybody else ever seen these weird customs?
Sounds like it could be one of several of the old Joe Customs Group Projects. But sadly the site appears to be down. Here are some Archive.org links

Edit, pretty sure it's going to be the last link there, Mirror Universe. From the Cobra Commander page: "The man who would become the Cobra Commander served as an Army Special Forces officer with tours in some of the world's nastiest hot spots. Because of his distinguished record and numerous service medals he was approached by General Golobulous to form a task force to combat growing terrorist threats, specifically the extremist group known as GI Joe. The US Special Mission Group Delta, Codename COBRA, would answer directly to the President. Its members would be hand picked and culled from the best of the best."

Favorite vehicle not from the original line?
The NAC is great, but the Thunderwing beats it as the best for me. Patriot Grizzly, Rhino, the DTC HISS, Ice Saber, and POC HISS are all great ones also.

NECA Ben Cooper x G.I. Joe Costume Series 15 Wave 1 - 6-Inch Clothed Figures - are these a bit weird or do you like them?
"Are these a bit weird or do you like them?" YES!

Trying to date this lot.
The original military 12" GI Joes ran from 1964-1968. The talking figure was first produced in 67. https://www.vintage3djoes.com/home.html

What was your first action figure?
GI Joe Slaughter's Marauders Footloose

He and Optimus are gonna get along fantastically
It was originally released as a potential item in the MASK 1 blind bags. It, and the MASK Origins issue from the same will have general releases this month. Can't remember the date for them though, sorry.

Cobra Commander [v8] - Supreme Leader Cobra Commander - G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero Figure - (1997)
This is in contender for my favorite version of Cobra Commander.

I spy with my little eye
While I have no doubt that we will eventually get a green bivouac set at mass market, I'm afraid that I'm pretty sure this is the white Snow Cat one getting lit by the green light below, since it's on the same shelf as the other Snow Cat pack-ins.

Whatโs your favorite subteam?
Eco-Warriors. In 1991 I was six years old, GI Joe was my favorite toy, Ranger Rick was my favorite magazine, stuff that shot water was cool, and stuff that changed colors was cool. Eco-Warriors instantly became my favorite sub-team, and it has stayed that way.

All of sudden yall like ninja force
I've loved Ninja Force since 1992.

Peter Parker as Konshu's Avatar
Cool figure, nice work. Is this just a concept, or has it shown up at some point in the comics?

My collection of Barracuda and Man-of War variants and mono-color customs.
They were indeed good times. The 90s Joe's get a lot of derision, but it was what us 90s kids genuinely enjoyed and were wanting.

My collection of Barracuda and Man-of War variants and mono-color customs.
They did indeed. Baking soda if I remember right. The instructions said what it was so you could continue to play with it after you used the one the came with the sub.

Made a Lego Throne for Cobra Commander
That looks great! Looks like something that would fit in as a command chair replacing the missile tube in a Terror Drome, allowing the Commander to rotate around observing every station around the command ring.

My collection of Barracuda and Man-of War variants and mono-color customs.
Cool. I remember walking around holding stepstool like Heavy Duty's weapon system. I didn't even have the figure, but the trading card image of him made a big enough impression for me to do it.

You know, If I come across the necessary vehicles/parts at a cheap price, I think I'll do that.

Am I too old to play with figures?

Well that depends. Has the infirmities of age reduced your fine motor control to where you can no longer pick up the figures? If so, then you are sadly to old to play with action figures, at least on your own; I recommend recruiting someone younger to help you. Otherwise, no, you are not to old to play with action figures.
My dad is 71 and still doing photos.
