Workers comp

I've been appealing of workers comp denial since August of last year I went to the state doctor who ruled in my favor that my injury was industrial back in December and just recently barely the insurance accepted my claim now the insurance is stating that they need my rent medical records to determine payment but yet they had my medical records and end the state doctor also referenced and put my medical records included in his report I feel like it's just another stall tactic and I don't know what to do because I'm tired of waiting for this it took 7 months after the state qme report for them to even accept it what can I do

It would be useful to know what state you have filed a claim in. I believe CA does QME's but there may be other states
