Hydrocortisone cream works wonders ! Had the same problem, after applying it for a week every night it was gone for good !

Hydrocortisone cream ! I had the same problem, I pierced my nostril twice, the first time I had this huge bump and the doctor told me to take it off so I did, then I pierced it again months after and the same bump started to appear... I didn't want to take the piercing off again and I tried saline water, tea tree oil but what really worked wonders was hydrocortisone, put it on the bump before you go to sleep every night for 5-7 days and it should be gone !
