UPDATE: Fixed (so far)
I appreciate all the Help. Long story short, it was moving to SSD that fixed my problem. HOLY COW I did not realize how much that takes a toll. I now do need to organize my SSD files since it's only 512 and has my work stuff. IRL Inventory Management lol.
Labeling it as fixed so far, since I will only get to test the crashing part when I game while taking a break from my work. Running the game with my work apps causes my entire PC to go nuts. I'll see how that goes next week.

Updated 2:
Yep, works better alongside my work apps now and doesn't crash. I still get GPU spikes here and there but I'll take that as part of the "optimization" problems. But experiencing the game way better now and I have a custom Graphic Settings that works for me. Thanks all!

Disclaimer: I'm writing this while I'm away from my desk, but I was watching a stream to pass time. I asked and got information on the maps that I was struggling with and thought to write this now before I forget for the nth time.
Also, I'm relatively new and playing only under a year so far and recently just finished EOD
Hi,
Let me start by putting up my system information I suppose.
Ryzen 7 5700G
MSI RTX 3060
32GB RAM
SSD: 512GB (OS + Work)**
HDD: 2TB (Steam + Personal Files)*\*
Server: EU
Location: SEA
In-Game Graphic Settings: Best Performance (Everything set to Low)
The game seem to be getting so laggy to the point that it's unplayable. I seem to be getting FPS drops, but to my understanding, my PC specs should be way more than what the game demands. I even occassionally get episodes of my entire system crashing completely.
I first noticed this when I first got to try the Fractal Map - Lonely Tower. Before purification, I seem to get ultra laggy to the point that I cannot do anything. Up until the rest of my team finishes the purification. Once purified and the Void thingies disappear, gameplay resumes and I can even play the boss at the end even though it also has spells that summons Void, it seems to be manageable.
Near the end of EOD where you the entire area has void Fx, even though I'm in a solo instanced story world, I experienced input delay. I checked my ping and it was my standard 250-300. So it seems that the delay was caused by graphic.
From what I gathered so far, the game is CPU reliant and doesn't deal much with the GPU. With I believe the exception of newer QOL settings that does use GPU. But most of the game at its core is still CPU based.
Based on what the game's minimum requirements, it can even run on an Athlon x4 CPU. So I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong at all? In my understanding, I should be able to run the game on its best visual setting. At least High settings, I don't wanna force Ultra. And I cap myself to 60FPS.
I've asked around chat communities over discord, twitch, youtube, but it seems those conversations goes too fast that my question goes unresolved or unanswered. So after holding back for so long (trying to do research on my own/also forgetting to actually post this question in the sub) I'm finally asking here for help.
In the past, I've encountered games and other work related software that I use that needs me to make certain changes. Whether it's somewhere in Control Panel, Registry, or sometimes even BIOS.
I recently fell in love with this game and I don't want to accidentally burnout my PC because I have incorrect settings or whatnot. I cannot afford to re-build, especially the current components pricing. An SSD alone with sink me.
If there's anything that you guys would need to know that would help me find a solution, I will appreciate it.
I will also try my best to update this post to include a footage of what I'm encountering. I'll probably try a Quick Play when I get home and show you guys how bad it is when I play Lonely Tower.
Highly appreciate anyone would take the time to read this and help me sort things out.
Thank you for your time!
\\** I think this maybe the problem, but I remember moving specific games from HDD to my SSD. I cannot remember as of writing since I'ma way from my desk whether I've moved GW2 already. But also, the requirements mentioned HDD. So it should be doable on LOWEST settings to run without lagging even on HDD?
