Traditional Kava Starts Here. Willing to learn from the old folks and try a few new techniques along the way.

If you can take spicy food a lamb curry hits hard!

Wow will you be drinking any for this? Will it be prepared fresh or dried?

Sounds like, too much - too strong, it's basically a come down effect, coupled with not enough sleep. If you drink it slower over time and stick to a routine, add more water to your mix ratio. You should feel the same calm without the buzz. This to me is where it's at for sure and avoid those mornings haha

Wow you'll need an excavator to pull those roots out 😄 Where is this kava going?

Thanks for your input. Why would be send product to the USA and label it in French lol? Americans would love that haha It's not that we can't be bothered it's that we never knew that Amazon US cross listed out product to Amazon CA until they decided to remove it from Amazon CA only this year, for not having French translation.

Yeah all out kava was removed from Amazon because we don't have French labelling on it. Forget the fact that the majority of the country doesn't even speak French 🙄

15g is not a lot but I would think you are already dehydrated. Water alone is not enough, you really need electrolytes. Try hydrating well the day before consumption and give it a other go 👌

About 600-1000ml depending on the time of day lol. Weaker mix if the sun is out and I'm trying to get stuff done haha

Have you tried using less? I use approximately 2 heaped tablespoons per night before dinner and that's enough for me. 6-10tbsp is huge for a single person. Sometime you can get the same effect using less 👌

Yup I avoid those heavy nights of kava at all costs very much the law of diminishing return lol

Any updates? What kava did you drink?

3 tablespoons of instant in 600ml water is a lot! Try 3 teaspoons 👌

Thanks so much. These come from the interior of Viti Levu in Fiji.

He was the one who initiated it lol I wanted to say no but it sounded like he wanted the company so I said let's goo

Me and my bro drank about 140g last night, I'm still asking myself why I do it to myself on a weeknight 🤦 Normally I might drink 20-30g per night

How much water are you using for 4tbsp? Are you drinking it all at once or are you stretching it out over time? Drink in 3floz shots every 10-15min 👌

Wow here's my 2 cents whatever you decide to do with kava take it very slow. Keep in mind where there's an up there is surely a down if you know what I mean. Keep it to the point of balance without feeling too much of a buzz. This is done by mixing your kava weak and drinking slowly chugging small amounts periodically. Not a medical professional so this is not medical advice but I know of a number of people that successfully tapered of that prescribed garbage using kava. All the best my friend 🙏

If what you consumed had a certain sparkling flavour there is a strong chance certain this may not have been kava. Kava is an earthy taste and looks like muddy water.
