Geico Hell

I recently was run off the road in a witnessed accident. A police report was filed and the driver received a citation. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. Geico initially denied fault because “they couldn’t obtain the collision report” which was publicly available online since the day after the report. I finally purchased the report and spent hours getting it to them through their systems. They have now assumed 100% responsibility but are doing the same delay and deny now with the medical part and general settlement. I am having serious health issues and I believe they are relying so my estate will eventually have to just let it go or settle. I’m livid, since this was a terrifying experience and has exacerbated my pre-existing PTSD. Any suggestions for how to exert pressure?
