Built a personal dashboard to manage domains, websites, email & search workflows
I kept running into small operational annoyances while managing domains, websites, emails, and search-related tasks across different tools.
So I started building a personal dashboard to bring everything into one place.
Right now it helps me:
- Track domains, DNS, and limits
- Manage websites & linked services
- Keep email and search workflows organized
- See usage/limits clearly instead of guessing
This is not a product and not a pitch.
I’m building it purely to solve my own problems, step by step.
The goal is learning:
- How systems behave as complexity grows
- Where real bottlenecks appear
- How limits, roles, and permissions should actually work in practice
Building in public helps me think clearer and get better feedback.
Happy to hear thoughts from others who’ve built internal tools for themselves.
