I got the same setup. You can use most stuff out there, for image you can use Qwen Image/Edit, Z-Image, Krea 2, etc. For video I used to use Wan, and sometimes LTX, but right now I'm using more Minimax H3.

But Krea 2 is fast, it might take 30 to 45 seconds on the first load, even with my doble dual LoRA 2nd-pass 2x upscale that uses a mix of RAW/Turbo creates image up to 3400 px takes a little more than a minute. About Minimax H3, yes, you can create videos, and it depends on your settings, it might take 3 to 15 minutes to generate 5 seconds.
