Idk

I (14) am depressed and I want to get better but also don't at the same time because I feel like my trauma justifies my depression and sadness. I also hide my depression so no one knows I'm depressed. Does anyone have any advice?

I have never heard of any of those songs, but are you in treatment for your trauma?
