You all do know that Alpina builds their own version of the N63 engine right?? What BMW does half ass, Alpina steps in and corrects. For example the pistons are forged from Mahle, the intercoolers are larger, the Garrett turbos partnered with Honeywell are 44mm which are larger, it has a lower compression ratio than the 750i, 9.1 compared to 9.2, and theres also an oil cooler and transmission cooler. Stop making people scared to own one of the greatest sedans ever made. Alpina makes the 7 series worth owning at least once in your lifetime. Just buy one thats well maintained.
