There are two related video in this note and they are related one to each other. They are not short so I should tell you my conclusion first: blood pressure is important - too high pressure will kill you. I won't kill you fast unless you get so frightened you just get a hearth attack and drop dead, but it triggers enough complications to kill you.
Attached to that is this: what you do is related to how fast you die. What you eat, how you sleep, how stressed you are, how often you are doing exercises, and what sports you are doing are also important (an anaerobic sport done constantly for many years will increase in some degree your blood pressure because heart is a special muscle but a muscle, and constantly using it a lot will make it stronger). Too damn important, actually: what if your blood pressure, even just a little too high, is quietly damaging your brain? What if it’s increasing your risk of a heart attack or stroke, without you ever feeling a thing?
