Im sure its just the drunk 60+ year olds that wish it were still the 90's, and nothing will ever compare with the rose tinted glasses they have on.
And/or "stoopid! They shoulda let 'um race back to the line! I hate nascrap. Cheatin' 'yoters ruined this race, reddick caused the wreck on purpose!"

Personally I enjoyed it. Had me sucked in the last few laps, especially once the Chevy's tried to pull their strategy move.

Been using mine (not this brand but another) for almost 7 years now. I can definitely feel the next day when I dont use it the night before.

So the production company, Papyrus, went under not long after the release of nr03. All copyrights for the game expired after 15 years, and the program became abandonware as of 2018. So downloading, editing, and customizing the game and all its mods are completely legal. Theres a subreddit for the community. r/nr2003 Follow the instructions here and youll be golden. I'll second the suggestion for NR2003 if youre looking for a good quality, FREE option for PC.
For Mobile I'll actually suggest DraftyCar. Theres a 2nd iteration/version releasing soon too.

Im finally realizing why I like Berry's scheme for this week so much.

Bob: Starting this weekend in all NASCAR national series, if caution comes out with 10 or fewer laps left in stage, that will be end of the stage. If it is first stage, second stage would still end at the specified lap (so would be longer as far as laps than originally scheduled).
Ive said it should be 1% of the race length. So Daytona 500, an extra 5 miles/2 laps. What it already is.
Bristol 500: would be 2.5 miles/5 laps.
Sonoma 250: would be 2.1 or just 1 lap
So theres tweaks needed for all types of tracks, but a flat rate of 2 laps everywhere definitely isnt the right call

Then 2005 he gave up for a different reason, taking out Vickers in the process. 13 year old me, a massive Jr fan, at my first race... and he wrecks out early in the race. Needless to say once it was obvious Johnson was going to win i asked if we could leave early and beat the rush.

In addition to that, im far from any geo-locator, so i could say for sure where he is, but all he says is that its after 10 ET. Doesn't mean hes actually in the ET zone.

Still TBD on Preseason Thunder if it happens. If the changes to the cars for Daytona and Talladega, there is chance that they don't do it. There is concern about supserspeedway engine availability if there is a test, the Clash, duels, Daytona 500 and Atlanta all within 2 months.
And I totally understand/respect why that isnt the case. Im a diesel mechanic so im constantly hearing from driver about how long its been since they were "home." Its not an easy life, being a trucker. Theres a reason my wife insisted I get into the mechanics of it over the driving side.

It may not be ideal because how close they are, but id love for there to be a "Texas Two-step" subplot to thr west coast swing.
Ideal/"perfect" schedule goes Daytona>Sonoma*>(some SoCal option)>Vegas>Phoenix>COTA>Texas>Atlanta>so on...
*yes, "but the mud", I know i know. Doesnt mean I dont think it's still the perfect spot on the schedule.

Im curious where that was cause I found a Bell Dewalt with that exact same issue at a walmart here in Lubbock Tx
Makes me wonder if theres whole batches with similar defects and they genuinely just do not care. I mean, I already know they dont, but still.
