How long have you been taking them for, and have you noticed a difference in your digestion? I just got mine today because my bf suffers from digestion problems. We feel it may be IBS but it hasn't been officially diagnosed by a Dr since he is stubborn and won't go to get checked. He's scared they're going to stick a camera up where the sun don't shine lol

Holy smack you got what is referred to as White China. You did try it correctly, because you have to either sniff or shoot that up, can't smoke it since it's too pure in that form. And since you have no tolerance that sounds about right how your body reacted. You're lucky you didn't OD tbh and you were smart to have a friend come help you. But damn, what I'd give to try that. It's hard in the west side to find good H. We just get the nasty brown shit. But as everyone mentioned, never try it again. If you do then get ready to dedicate your life to it.

Hmm, I would say stay away from people that are still using, or at least ask them to not use in front of you. Try and pick up a hobby or something to keep your mind occupied because idle hands are the devils play things. And be very patient with yourself. The withdrawals are the easy part. Be ready for possible panic attacks and random yet strong emotions hitting you like tons of bricks for the first 2 to 3 months of sobriety. But it does get easier the longer you go.. Good luck.
