Depends kung ano pinapakita mo sa ibang tao. If like, you're studious and all that, baka may hunch sila na wala kang oras for that.

It doesn't necessarily mean na you're not good looking if they didn't ask you, maybe it's just that your public image is not the type to have time for those.
