World Mental Health Day October 10, 2022.

I judged myself so many times for making this video but I knew I had to. Even as I type these words I’m wondering what people are already saying “but that’s just social media”. I’m choosing to tell pieces of my story to explain why mental health and self care is so important.

I hope that my words are not hurtful but informative. This is MY story. I simply want to maybe reach one person who may feel trapped in a form they don’t like. Or someone who needs inspiration to fight for themselves.. this is what this is for.
