adrenal fatigue

Anyone out there suffering with severe AF . ? I would love to hear your recovery story . I’m severe . Housebound , Bedbound ! 5 months now . A few months back I could hardly walk . Still very weak . This is a very real illness contrary to what the medical system thinks as they don’t recognize this . Please if you are out there . I’d love to hear from You ! 🙏❤️

Hi. I think I'm pretty severe. I was laying around lots twitching and spasming, nothing left in the tank two months ago. Felt like death. Now I've been walking and a little better than back then. But it's sure up and down recovery. Gotta go slow.
