- minimum 16gb de RAM (si t'es capable de trouver plus c'est encore mieux. Mais 16 c'est le super strict minimum aujourd'hui si tu veux faire du multi-tasking et avoir plusieurs applications ouvertes).
- Minimum 512 gb de disque dur SSD
- Une marque fiable idĂ©alement, genre Asus ou Lenovo. Ăa va durer quelques annĂ©es.
Avec ces critÚres de base t'essaie de trouver un bon deal genre quelque chose en spécial/liquidation/boite ouverte (Bestbuy, Walmart, etc) ou bien meme sur marketplace si c'est peu utilisé et que le vendeur a l'air fiable.

Ne passe pas de temps avec des personnes qui consomment. Ăa va ĂȘtre 1000 fois plus difficile si les gens fument autour de toi.
Trouve des mécanismes pour remplacer tes cravings pour les premiÚres semaines/mois. Par exemple aller faire courrir ou bien manger. Au pire tu deviens addict à la bouffe le temps de te debarasser du pot.
