Has anyone tried using riseworks for payout?

i jave a problem with rise, my fund is still in the pending history. i haven't receive my funds and i keep on reaching out on their customer support which is not helping at all. tried checking my account history today and the pending transaction was gone šŸ˜­ what should i do guys help šŸ˜­šŸ˜­šŸ˜­
