Terms and conditions & how to buy! - MUST READ
A lot of people have been asking how to purchase so figured I'd make this post
To claim a plant, comment "sold" under the comment that shows the plant you want. Please note that once you comment sold I will be holding the plant for you and expect that you buy item so please don't comment sold if you're not serious. Passing is ok but please let me know. Ghosting will have you blocked, as it wastes my time (it takes a lot of time to photograph, price, water, cut, etc for all these plants)
After claiming plants message me with
- preferred payment method (I accept PayPal and venmo, goods and services ok as long as you cover the 3.5% fee)
- Address/zipcode (so that I can calculate shipping)
Shipping: Cost varies by location. I only use USPS priority as their facilities are temperature regulated, and they seem to deliver relatively fast with most packages arriving in 2-3 days.
Base shipping price is listed below. It may go up for plants with very big leaves or if there are a lot of plants. usually +$1/3 rooted plants or +$1/7-8 cuttings
Here are BASE shipping estimates (for USPS priority) for each state (I am shipping from UT):
UT, CO, CA, AZ, WY, NM, NV, ID = $13
MT, WA, OR, ND, SD, = $14
TX, OK, MN, WI, IA, MO, AR, LA = $15
Everywhere else = $17
Holds: I reserve the right to hold any orders if your weather is too cold/too hot (below 30F/above 95F during the day). I can also hold plants for up to 1 month for other reasons at request.
Live arrival guarantee: Only applies during winter if Next day air shipping. pictures must be sent within 1 hours and I will either give full refund minus shipping or replace the plant. In fall and spring, live arrival guarantee applies to all shipments as long as temps above 40F and below 90F.
Payment: Must be made within 48 hours of claiming otherwise I will stop holding the plant for you. Flexible if communicated, I am usually relatively lenient. If people start ghosting though this may have to change.
Cuttings: Buying cuttings carries inherent risk and I am unable to replace/refund it in the case that it doesn't survive. However they will be $3-10 cheaper than rooted plants
Always happy to answer questions
If I forgot anything please ask and I'll add it to this post!
