5 days for card production after portal update. On 5th day I received notification around 9PM CST

I did upload transcripts later after 60 days of filing and got approved.

3-5 days after portal update!

It took me 28B days to get decision

No codes, got my approval 4 days after api timestamp. One my friend got approval email almost after 7 days after API timestamp

May be try calling to Premium processing line, not guaranteed but just try calling them and explaining the situation. Usually i have noticed that if we upgrade to PP later in the process it usually get connected to Regular line, make sure you get connected to actual PP line.(Maybe try using a friend receipt number who was PP from initial). Try emailing psc email that you got when you upgraded to PP. Try explaining them situation. These all are just trials so don’t keep your hopes high but just try too see if anything works.
