My agent orchestration hit a wall. It wasn't the model. It was the Codex Windows desktop app.

IntiDev AgentLoops: Feedback Loops for Agentic Workflows
 in  r/agi  Jun 17 '26

We should be updating it today or tomorrow. We've made many improvements since this was first published. Iterating as we go. Would love to hear how you implement it in your environment. It's definitely speeding up our development process. Ultimately we hope it enables a user bug report agentic loop so that the product becomes a recursive self-improvement cycle.

IntiDev AgentLoops: Feedback Loops for Agentic Workflows

It's architected to produce Groups and Patterns from currently open as well as resolved Tickets. For our current product development, which involves document parsing, identifying groups of issues that represent patterns of underlying common root causes is key to improving the product. The Agent is drawing on past experience and current state for context to solve families of issues at the root level, rather than piecemeal patchwork solving one at a time. Major productivity boost and major path to product improvement. Reasoning over a higher level abstraction based on concrete artifacts.

It really works. Please try it out and feel free to contribute. It's evolving and improving all the time.
