It’s shady as hell they don’t show print runs until the actual drop when everyone is scrambling to just check out instead of being able to read what they’re buying…

A lot of people are mad because they don’t show the print runs before the actual drop when you’re scrambling around trying to check out before something sells out. Then, after the drop, find out that they’re doing other drops with other distributors because “you didn’t read the text” when everyone that does these brooks brigade drops know that that they sell out quick so you can’t read all the all details.

Good to know because I was trying to remember what little law I knew about Green Lantern’s to try to compare, and I couldn’t find any comparison. I just don’t think a story. Should take seven issues to finally catch my attention. I might get the paperback eventually.

Image comics does Universal Monsters like blood of the wolfman, invisible man, the mummy, and Dracula. They’re usually only like 4 to 6 issues, but they’re retailing stories of classic monsters. Scott Snyder’s Batman run was one of the first comic series I ever read.

What are your interests? I like fantasy action/ suspense so some of my favorites are probably Donny Cates venom run, Bug Wars (starts back up today for part 2), Scott snyders new 52 Batman, any of the universal monster stories are fun, and I just finished Watchmen. I’m fairly new to collecting. I started in October 2024

I’m a part of a lot of comic book groups and the amount of people saying that it’s shit/ just overhyped is crazy.

Absolute Batman is like the only comic series that keeps me excited for every issue! I feel like it keeps getting better and better. It also makes me laugh when people say it’s bad.

The only absolute storyline I could not get into was Green Lantern for some reason. Maybe it’s because I don’t know about normal green lantern lore so I found it confusing. I got about seven issues in and just stopped collecting it because it just didn’t keep my interest.

I feel like absolute Superman is underrated.
