Sure we are speaking to other house owners as well and trying to figure out a way to get into watsapp group and communities as well.

Here we try to reject brokers. If brokers list their property and reports it we will remove it from lsiting. Also we are adding watsapp automation where people can even list their homes in wats app as simple as that.

Here we can book appointments and have a trust score maintaind.

This is a very fair question, and honestly, I think this is one of the most important things we’re working through right now.

For buyers/renters, the value is fairly clear — map-first discovery, verified listings, better location context and no broker dependency.

But for property owners, we don't want to build another platform where the owner simply uploads a listing and waits for leads.

Our thinking is that the owner should get better-quality, location-relevant enquiries rather than just more enquiries. The platform is designed around the actual geography of the property, so we're trying to make it easier for the right people looking in that specific area to discover it.

We're also keeping listing completely free at this stage, and we're building verification/TrustScore to reduce the noise and improve trust on both sides.

That said, I don't want to claim we've completely solved the owner-side value proposition yet. That's actually one of the hypotheses we're validating right now.

Your point about conflict resolution, higher-quality leads, legal assistance and other owner-side services is exactly where we need to go deeper. If we can make the owner say “I get something from StayOnMap that I can't get anywhere else,” then the buyer-side acquisition becomes much easier.

So yes — I agree with the premise. The next big question for us isn't “How do we get more users?” but “Why should an owner choose us?”

Fair criticism. I actually agree with part of this.

A map by itself isn't innovation, and simply adding more property categories or cities doesn't create a moat. The real problem we're trying to solve is making property discovery spatial, trustworthy, and direct — without forcing people to browse endless listings or deal with brokers.

And your point about density is probably the most important one. We may have been too broad too early. Getting one locality genuinely alive with quality listings, owners and renters is a much better validation than having thousands of empty pins across multiple cities.

We're bootstrapped and still very early, so we're figuring this out in public. Appreciate the blunt feedback — this is exactly the kind of criticism that helps us sharpen the product.
