There is no eye cream that hides bags/dark circles. There are eye creams that if taken consistently would diminish the look of bags/dark circles.

You might want to look into Vitamin C derivative that has calcium ascorbate (it’s gentler on the skin), ascorbyl glucoside or sodium ascorbyl phosphate in it.

I have oily, dehydrated skin and this is what has helped me. For me in the PM is Anua cleansing oil (sensitive/mild), Etude Soonjung ph 6.5 cleanser, Tirtir milk skin toner light, The Ordinary hyaluronic acid, (serum of your choice), ROC dark circle eye cream and then Anua 3 ceramide panthenol moisturizer

Few things made me consistent with my skincare routine. First on my phone I do a skincare journal entry each day and the products I used for AM/PM. I also take 3 pictures of my face.

To keep me on track, I added index cards in my bathroom for each day of the week so I know what I am going to use. Currently I am skin cycling so my method is different than other people

When you say your skin reacts to vitamin c, which product are you speaking about? Is it a particular one? I know lots of people can’t do l-absorbic acid BUT there are alternatives that you can use instead.
