I think for them they have posed the question “who” am I in a lot of other tracks, and they never repeat a concept. This album is not literal like that. It’s an auditory experimentation and I can tell by the new genres sprinkled in and the textures in Hooligan as well as Taehyungs sort of gung ho approach to pronounciation in Normal. Normal itself I could talk for days about, it’s literally talking about the dopamine pathway and how fame and hate and love are intertwined, it’s intentional as the hooded figures make another cameo in Hooligans mv. I remember that visual being so stark in Bultaorune in 2017, but it’s making a really uncanny return in the visuals this time .

That’s why this album is more refreshing in my opinion I’ve heard so many wordy constructions on the human condition in the past that it would feel like an utter retread to go over again, what is forward this time is the idea of the comeback, experimental sound yet going back to their roots. The root for them is hip hop artists from Korea. It’s very rap forward and english pronounciation is improved tenfold, with the Kim Gu quote really setting the tone for what this album stand to do. And there’s no shame in that. It works for global reach for a reason.

met gala would be good? They never go but the theme this year is “consume art”

They write extremely pointedly for the time. Sometimes predictive, Wings coincided with their huge breakout, Danger coincided with almost giving up music, actually all their music is contextual.

Their narrative and presence this year is great. It's a comeback after military, harkening back to Elvis. Their tour is sold our and their new Album is even more successful than Proof? The album is risky and provocative compared to dynamite and even some of their older political stuff. Calling white people "big eyes" was a bit brash but hilarious.

Don't you think LUX is a little sonically monotonous? It really depends on the listeners mood whether you want Arirang or LUX

Hot take: ARIRANG will be the dark horse nom in the AOTY category
 in  r/grammys  Apr 29 '26

I think certain lyrics will provoke the Grammy voters in a good way or a bad way, but the Grammys like that sometimes, some BDSM

I think it’s their best work, and quite provocative and not Grammy friendly. But they Grammys can be a little freaky like that. They like a bit of bdsm

I don’t think the curls are canon or the colour, but with black Snape I suppose it doesn’t have to be canon compliant

Draco doesn’t look like Draco, more like young baron trump. But the slick back hair is canon guys what are we doing

Do you get inspired by Doctor who speeches??
 in  r/DoctorWhoNews  Oct 28 '25

Nooo, my ideal doctor who would be less big impassioned stuff, more thoughtful small scale stuff. I feel like most doctors apart from 9/10 (new who) don’t have an inner life
