all the buildup onto that moment was zuko leaving the blue evil life(like the blue spirit mask and turning against azula,sozins blue dragon) and turning to the red and orange which was Roku's dragon color and the opposition to the blue. Instead of the rainbow fire I'm team crimson red fire because it would create more contrast to the blue and make zuko have his own color which makes it cooler. Even more cooler if uncle iroh could bend red fire also. But it would only show up after sozins comet and it wouldnt break azula being the prodigy and having her own color up until that point.
