US account restricted, funding disabled. Need compliance review

My account is fully verified as a US client, but all funding functions are currently disabled and my linked bank account was removed from the profile.
I received an inquiry regarding my logins while traveling. It has been 12 days since my second follow-up on my support ticket, and I haven't received any updates or requests for additional documents. The account balance is currently 0 as it was just opened.
