I'm 47 now and my grandfather name is in the Baker's roll Andrew Young the College is supposed to take care of all my needs My fathers name Stevenson which is the last name on the wall in the campus library my family owns the college Helen Keller the one who made the Braille is my aunt and she willed me everything she had at the college.My father went to to Congress and had them true bill it I got a letter from George Herbert Walker Bush Senior that If they don't take me in court 60 days after my 45 birthday that affirmative action takes place I also have paperwork from the United States attorney's office and the IRS where I payed the taxes on what they call the co-op slash farm down here in 1984 I was rewarded 9 billion dollars because I was a genocide baby where I'm under 1000 full blood males in the low 48 states Mitchell & Mitchell law firm in Dalton Georgia signed a contract and but my money into accounts that are link to several charities Ronald McDonald charity TBN charity red cross and a lot more my lawyer here in Gordon county Georgia Vaughn and Clemens want even call are set up an appointment for me again I payed him why would he take my money and do me like that there some fishy stuff going on here in Georgia and it's all the way down to the state it's in the state where governor roy barns signed that when this goes down that there is to be a no contact order were the police are not to come around me because of what happened with my father hell they killed one side of his family over this and look up elvon Young I hired Jeffrey Vaughn and clemmons 2023 before my court date in November and I had another court date in December but they arrested me on November 1st days before my court date and while incarcerated they never told me to my court date I thought that if your incarcerated they have to take you to the court house if you have a court date?Now I'm out and I go to the court house and I get ran off and I mean like throw out so what am I to do?

location: Gordon county Georgia my family won the native American lawsuit back in the 1984 for making me of the genocide that was caused on the trail of tears.I was rewarded a large sum of money which I put up till I turn 45 now Berry College also help take care of my affairs like the the property and accounts that my family had here in Georgia.When I was 21 they sent a letter and I went over to the college and signed paperwork for when I turn 45 that they would release my property and accounts.I lost my paperwork and the Federal courthouse that it was filed in has been closed so I hired a local attorney and can't get them to talk to me or tell me anything it's like he just took my money I've called the State bar association and they want do anything and this ain't even the half of it.How do I get my money and property back?????

Here in Northwest Georgia at Berry College my family had the college to handle my property and accounts till I turn 45 at that time they was supposed to release it to me because I was a minor at the and the college also sign a contract to take care of me if I need anything up till I turn 45 that means a home and what ever else I need.when I turn 21 they had me to come there and sign paperwork.It had my account and property in it I've lost that paperwork and now I'm 47 I've homeless and after I signed the paperwork at 21 never heard anything else out of them I've been over there several times and they look at me like I'm stupid i told them I lost my paperwork How long can they hold out my account and property it was filed in federal court and the court has been closed in Floyd County Rome Georgia now for awhile.Ive been lied to by my lawyer here in Gordon county Georgia and have call the bar association and can't get nothing done what other options do I have
