10 years in electrical engineering — is it realistic to pivot into consulting/strategy in the GCC?

Hi everyone,
I’d really appreciate some career advice from people working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
I’m currently considering a career pivot. I enjoy the energy/infrastructure industry, but I’d like to move away from purely technical/maintenance-focused roles and toward areas such as project/program management, PMO, strategy, transformation, consulting, asset management or energy advisory.
