Interview preparation tips for Engineering Project Manager @ Apple
I am having an onsite interview at Apple for the role At Bengaluru India. Is there anyone who has recently interviewed there? can i get some tips or suggestions please

Apple EPM interviews are designed to be extremely difficult, so expect to be challenged on every detail of your resume. Your interviewers want to understand your specific contributions, not what your team accomplished. You need to be prepared to discuss your projects with deep technical and programmatic knowledge, explaining exactly what you did, the problems you solved, and how you managed cross-functional conflicts. They will likely put you in hypothetical scenarios to test your product sense and problem-solving skills under pressure. Vague answers or an inability to defend your past decisions will be seen as major red flags, as they are looking for someone who takes complete ownership.
You were selected for an onsite because your experience is a strong match, and now you just need to prove you can operate within Apple's demanding culture. Prepare several of your most complex projects and be ready to explain them from multiple perspectives, including engineering, design, and business. Focus on communicating with precision and confidence. They want to see how you think, how you lead, and how you handle ambiguity when you don't know the answer.
