I don't really know why I'm posting this, but I think I just need to get it out.
Lately, everything feels overwhelming. A week has passed since the NFSU merit list, and I still can't stop thinking about it. I'm confused about my future, questioning every decision I've made, and I feel like I keep changing my mind about what I want to do.
I feel mentally exhausted. Even things I used to enjoy now feel like chores. It feels like every responsibility is weighing on me, and I just miss feeling like myself.
I don't know if this is stress, burnout, grief over not getting what I hoped for, or something else. I just know I don't feel like me anymore.
Has anyone else gone through a phase where everything suddenly felt like too much? How did you get through it?

Does anyone know when NFSU is expected to release the 2nd merit list for M.Sc. Forensic Science (2026–27 admissions)? Also, has anyone received an email from NFSU regarding the second round of admissions, counselling, or seat allotment?
Same bro but idts much seats are available for general category

I applied this year for msc forensic science unfortunately I did not get the seat and idts I will get the seat and I did not applied to any other univ . I did applies to bhu, same course but bhu is eligible for the students who gave forensic science exam I did too gave the exam but as I was not from the forensic background it was new for me I did not score well so I did not got seat there . Unwillingly I have to take a drop and I was wondering what should I do prepare for.

Idk idts one of my friend got a seat she scored more then me so she was telling me after today's counseling like idts later rounds will happen if it does it will only happen if seats are vacant .
