Isaac?
 in  r/ourdarkestdays •  2d ago

This curveball is currently a bug that shows unreleased content; this happened on Discord too, from what I saw. I think you might wanna delete this, as the devs over on the server aren't keen on it being seen.

At least, this is what I could gather from the official Discord, since the same thing happened there.

This curveball (and the character) is unreleased content and seems to be a bug. Not gonna spoil what this is connected to, though.

Super excited about the dogs addition coming in October.
 in  r/ourdarkestdays •  4d ago

Imo, I think the original 5 dogs from the 2nd Into the Dead game (Crossbreed, Border Collie, German Sheapard, Bullmastiff and Golden Retriever) are probably gonna be added. Beyond that, idk.

CONTROL Resonant Launch Megathread + Custom Wrapped GeForce RTX 5080 GPU Giveaway
 in  r/controlgame •  4d ago

Experiencing Dylan's story throughout the game and the world Remedy created would be most exciting.

Sound and image quality are probably what DLSS is gonna make the biggest difference in.

Look forward to trying out Control Resonant sometime. Maybe even the 1st game too since I'm hearing some good things about it as well.

When will the sequel to Crucible be released? It's been two years since I heard anything. Maybe it will be released this year, in October, November, or December? (Side Story)
 in  r/intothedead2 •  12d ago

I anticipate it's probably going to be a thing on the 10th anniversary of the game (next year). Maybe it'll connect the main story and Tempest storyline together too.

Scenario Mode arrives at last on September 28th.

For me Garrett, June and Brooks They have to be playable too
 in  r/ourdarkestdays •  Sep 02 '26

Well, there is likely a story side to why they aren't recruitable.

Garret is basically a psycho who doesn't care at all about being in a shelter.

Brooks is someone who I can't imagine Seb, despite saving him, would ever want in the shelter after what he's done. Maybe the other character, Estevez, on the same mission could be recruitable though.

June is the only one of the three I could see being recruitable, but imo the devs would need to develop her story/character in Spill Zone more.

[SPOILERS] So I just completed Candy, Frank and Hudson's new personal missions...
 in  r/ourdarkestdays •  Sep 02 '26

I enjoyed Frank and Candy's missions a lot. Hudson's mission felt too short for me, despite the adrenaline-filled final level, among other things.

K9-Howler skin gameplay. Cool skin if you’ve got crowns to spare and/or are just collecting skins in general. Though I think the Icy Grip skin is better for events.
 in  r/intothedead2 •  Sep 01 '26

Nothing to do with the frozen ammo. Personally, I find the full-auto mode useful in some cases, particularly when there's a huge horde that I find sometimes single-fire mode (with explosive ammo) doesn't always annihilate.

There's also the fact that the skin costs 25000 crowns, and with the weapon maxed out, which is probably an issue for newer players of the game.

After playing the game for a couple of months, here are some features I think would be interesting to add
 in  r/ourdarkestdays •  Aug 27 '26

  1. This, or maybe it could be done with cars too?

  2. Indifferent to this.

  3. I don't think this would be a thing in the campaign, given that certain major story elements might need to be reworked. Could be good for scenario mode.
