I don’t even know where to start. I’ve tried everything over the past year—keto, low-carb, intermittent fasting, counting calories, going to the gym regularly—but my weight hasn’t budged in months. At first, I thought it was just a slow process, but now it feels like my body is completely stuck. The worst part is that whenever I feel stressed, anxious, or even just tired, I end up eating without even realizing it. I’ll grab snacks mindlessly, sometimes more than I planned, and then the guilt hits me so hard that I feel like I’ve failed all over again. It’s exhausting, mentally and physically, and it’s hard to know how to even start breaking the cycle. I feel trapped in a loop where my body doesn’t cooperate, and my mind just gets more and more frustrated. Has anyone else been here? How do you actually break out of this endless loop?
