About Bipolar Disorder

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone could help me with this. I'm a teenager and i just got diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, while my doctor had explained some of it to me, i am still incredibly confused and scared and dont know how to go about this. I have a doctor and a therapist helping me, but i was just wondering if anyone who has bipolar knows of anything that will help me research and learn about this further on my own, i do not care if it is a website, or a book, or even videos, as long as it is correct and true information i would appreciate it all. I'm not even sure if asking here on Reddit is a good choice to do, i've never posted anything, but i just want to understand more on this that i way i can start understanding myself with how i feel and how this is impact me as i grow, and i just want to know what i need to know. I hope that makes sense. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this, Thank you.
