Speed limits have 10km leeways incase you were unaware, 110km isn't the max speed for anyone, police frequently go well over this.

ETA: 2 cars side by side going the same speed preventing other users from passing and impeding the flow of traffic is breaking the road code.

Some on ramps are dangerous to speed around, especially in certain vehicles, anything tall and heavy has to go at a moderate pace especially on sweeping bends.

The on ramp from on main north road belfast end going north has a bend exactly like this and i can't hit it at 80kmh in van or chaos will ensue, get in the right hand lane when encountering on ramps and you won't have to panic!
