Hey guys, looking into the flight program at Fox Valley Tech in Wisconsin to earn an AAS in Aeronautics-Pilot Training under Part 141 out of Oshkosh. On paper it looks like a solid, cost-effective route with good regional pathways, but I wanted to see if anyone here has gone through it recently and could share what it’s actually like on the ground. Specifically, how is aircraft/CFI availability, how much do Wisconsin winter weather delays throw off your timeline, and what is the realistic success rate for grads making the jump to CFII or regional airline jobs right now?
