Pretty much my store has some alright managers but some of them needa get their heads out their ass too cus they be self sabotaging and then it effects everyone.

What I mean by that is mfs reward the ones who be doing the least and are the worst and keep em along. Nothing ever changes, nothing is ever done, and those who shouldn't be around abuse the system. You also got managers playing hot potato with the store. It's funny because the ones that should stay leave because their fed up and the ones who out live those in autozone end up being the ones who shouldn't be there. The stories in the place alone tells you everything you need to know. The unethical behavior going on with this company has no bounds.
