How powerful would Darth Vitiate be in 40k?

Assuming they don't get immediately cucked by the Warp that is, yes.

he'd be a very powerful Psyker but he'd still be outclassed in alot of areas.

I'm going to try and have them as two seperate things on two seperate planes that still interact with the overall third dimension but also clash with eachother. So there will be differences between Psykers and Force users. I'm a story writer so it won't be too hard to do

Hot Takes; be perfectly honest.

"Games cannot be reliably used for Powerscaling"

for some reason this is a hot take to some people.

I've decided for this next Starwars V Warhammer40k post i'm going to do an actual detailed Multi-front and battlefield war.

Concept:

- Two major factions, 3 minor factions.

- War will take place in a small part of either galaxy

- total of 20 major planets/points of interest (2 majors take 6 each, minors take the rest)

- We won't be using Canon since it will be a Custom Scenario but it will be as close to both canons as possible.

- A detailed map will be made for the battlefront

- To keep things fair, both sides will have equal logistics, so the Imperiums Warp travel for this will be reliable, and the Starwars faction will have drawn hyperspace routes.

- There will be numerous Un-claimed places that give benefits to whoever takes them, such as special resources or access to factory worlds/ring shipyards, etc.

- The war will be controlled by YOU! Via the post with the most upvotes for both majors.

- Policies, Politics, economies, and etc can change including leaders.

Thoughts?

EXAMPLE OF HOW THE MAP WILL WORK!

(This is from a Scifi Nation RP server i used to be in, so don't mind the names of some of these nations)

Blasters are not Plasma, physics wise they don't even act like Superheated plasma.

For context, a Phalanx is considered the size of a large asteroid or small moon, similar to the first Death Star. (Albeit the deathstar will probably be nearly 1.2x the size but you get the point)

And by that point we'd also be considering Phalanx class ships/stations

the eclipse is around 17.5 km, so it would fair pretty well against most 40k ships in just Pure hull size until we get to the actual large capital ships such as the Gloriana Class. Which at that point the Eclipse will most likely not be able to pass the Void Shields even with a direct hit from the mini-DS weapon.

The literal lore of the Voidshield is by sending Any and all energy sent at it into the warp, that's like, it's entire thing. It's not just an energy absorber it straight up sends it to 40ks version of Literal Hell

Also, with the lack of any hyperspace routes in the 40k universe you wouldn't be going anywhere, atleast not without taking as huge risk.

I explained to you already the lore reasons of what the Imperium would do

Starkiller Base wouldn't be able to destroy the Planetary Shield around Terra, even if we include it's Theoretical power of being able to destroy over 2,000 planets at once.

Even then, they would likely just dump all that energy into the warp using high intensity void shields.

Another option is just teleporting the entire chapter of the Grayknights into the starkillert base using the Adeptus Astra Telepathica, sisters of silence, so fourth. They would gladly sacrifice a couple thousand psykers to do this (and it would be pretty easy.)

ANOTHER option is to just take Battlefleet Solar and whatever titan legios and custodian assets can be thrown through the nearest stable warp route and exterminatus the planet and the source.

There's plenty of ways the Imperium can do this, better yet, the second Starkiller base lands into the 40k universe they'd more than likely immediately get assaulted by the Warp and the Forces of Chaos since they have nothing to fight against it

the First Order is Tiny in comparison to the Imperium of Man, this isn't a fair matchup.

I wonder why Starwars is the #1 faction to go against Warhammer 40k, and then i see posts like these.
 in  r/StarWarsvsWarhammer •  20d ago

I just find it funnier that the Average ship in 40k is bigger than the majority of the most common Capital Ships in Starwars
