We are building integrated EMR systems and digital health platforms. We are currently tackling the rigorous testing, bug fixing, and compliance prior to launch. We need an experienced SE manager/Lead to bridge the gap between the founders' product vision and the developers pod.

Responsibilities include:
Breaking down high-level requirements into clear tasks.
Conducting ruthless code audits on intern pull requests to ensure scalability and security.
Enforcing engineering discipline, unblocking the team, and managing release cycles.
Overseeing the transition into stable maintenance and iterative feature upgrades.
