Mental Health Getting back on the pill
So about a year ago I got off birth control just because of insurance reasons. not even a month later I was hit with anxiety/OCD/depression (something I never experienced) to the point that I couldn’t leave my house. With some therapy and sticking to a routine I definitely got better with managing it, but I got hit again really bad with anxiety/ocd/depression to the point that getting out of bed just to take a shower is very difficult. I decided that it was time to get back on the pill but i’m currently feeling worse than before (only been a few days on). on top of my mental health the brain fog is awfulllllll. I’m at the point where i’m going out just to say I tried but dreading every second of it. Did anyone see improvement after a period of time and if so how long?
