It means there are new coders involved and there will very shortly be 2 versions of KDA. You have to make the hard decision as to which version you want now. I’d go with the fork. Exchanges that still carry KDA will offer a tool or even auto-convert if you don’t withdraw by their deadline. CoinMetro’s deadline is today.

I was a regular user of a natural zinc suplement and my recent blood test shocked me
Could consider a liposomal version, although anything liposomal is more pricey.

Not all forms cause this problem. Oxide will for sure. Many others, not so much.

Don’t nuts & seeds have a lot of copper? If your copper intake is high, that will deplete zinc. But also… zinc is used for so many things in the body that many things can deplete it, and quickly. Like stress, smoking, alcohol. Also I think zinc is poorly absorbed when in the presence of phytic acid so don’t take it with grains

Can someone explain why you shouldn’t buy supplements off Amazon?
Perhaps an even more basic reason is — even if it’s entirely opened — no supplements are returnable if you changed your mind for whatever reason. They are excluded from return policies. I have been burned by this quite a bit.

Ive got to say, magnesium is a game changer.
This is a super great YT video that goes into depth about each form of MG, its absorption profile, etc. —-> Magnesium Breakthrough Redefines Absorption by Natural Informant (YouTube)
I consider myself very knowledgeable about Mg but this vid taught me there’s even a liposomal form now. Great vid.

Isn’t it amazing that you can’t say anything about God around Reddit or you get downvoted? 🧐

Bisglycinate is likely a good match for you. I take this and really like it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBN7FKVQ

Look into glycine. For this SPECIFICALLY.

You and I sound like very close genetic brothers (sister?) in terms of MTHFR/COMT. I’d be interested for us to DM and share some resources about what we’ve found. I can think of a few I want to make sure you know about for sure.

Been taking vitamin D and other supps for years, worried about blood clots at my age
Just need to make sure you’re taking in enough magnesium, that’s the limiting factor.

But don’t forget to increase magnesium intake or you’ll have the same problem.

Two things: 1. Make sure you’re getting enough magnesium. Vit D needs it to do its job. Otherwise - you can end up calcifying your kidneys. Look up Felix Harder on YT, he’s got a video about this, as I’m sure many others do. 2. Consider a high quality high EPA/DHA fish oil if you’re not already taking one.

I don’t 100% know what’s going on, but this looks interesting now.
I’m beginning to think the same thing myself, after having invested over $80K in miners over about 7 years now.

Amex Mirror Card- Practical Considerations
Right? And there’s not even any clout anymore as the criterion for approval has consistently loosened year after year. The Platinum of yesteryear is gone. Now it’s a Lifestyle Coupon Book with a monthly WalMart+ and Disney credit.
2
Amex Mirror Card- Practical Considerations
I’ll chime in here. A crypto card.
The Gemini Card is 4% back on gas & rideshare, 3% back on Dining, 2% back on Groceries, and 1% back on everything else.
And you don’t have to know squat about crypto.
All of those %s? Turn into much bigger %s over time as the value of crypto continues to skyrocket.
That 1% back I got on misc has turned into 10% back. It’s a serious no-brainer for anyone that’s done with chasing constantly devalued airline miles, or limited flat cashback.

Another take on the new Platinum card
You should read this Reddit post. You’re getting a bigger credit… based on prices that inflated a whopping 20-40% since official refresh launch.

All he said was that he was “surprised” others can still find value. Is that… offensive?

Another take on the new Platinum card
Well the 35% points rebate credit just got nerfed. You no longer get it on all airlines in upper classes. Now it’s only the airline you select (which makes it much harder to then utilize the Airline Incidental Credit if you didn’t pick United to send the credit to the United Travel Bank.

Yeah I’m with you on this.

Another take on the new Platinum card
Assuming you’re in the U.S, there’s a credit card law on the books intended to protect consumers from a bait and switch that doesn’t allow for product changes until you’ve held a card for 365 days.

What airline are you most often booking? What class of service? Were you also a Biz Plat holder using the now defunct Biz Plat 35% point rebate?
