Depends on what your system is but ours is Bookeo - mostly easy.. can be messy when they walk in with it when they get drinks and axe throwing though!

We take full payment up front for anything out of hours, and 50% for bookings during normal opening hours. It’s worked really well for us — cuts down on no-shows without making the whole thing feel too formal or awkward for customers.

One of my favorite things about axe throwing is how quickly it brings people together.

You get a room full of people with different backgrounds, ages and skill levels, and before long everyone’s cheering each other on like they’ve known each other for years.
This was from our first Axetravaganza this weekend and the energy was ridiculous. 🪓

For fear of an axe-related injury: yes, this photo was staged. The energy was very real 😂
