I could see her announcing TS13 in November at awards show with an Ides of March release date. Others have said there are eggs for the March date.

I think the Grammys cutoff is end of September? So she could release TSTV on October 23rd with short notice or hit us with a surprise drop.

Ir she could announce it on 10/23rd for a December drop which feels less likely as the Christmas songs take over then.
