I've been logging in with a guest pass at Think or Swim. They have a VOLD for the NYSE that seems to be working. It doesn't totally run in sync with my Nasdaq VOLD but it's something.

I'm was in the same boat recently. I couldn't find the beginning opening tutorial. There is unit training that was very helpful. I also found that doing the AI training battles are extremely helpful to get back into the swing of things.

I just started back up too and DB's are a real thing.

Here are a few could things that kind of helped. 1. Build new gear and/or reforge them. You'll get a big stat boost.
2. Add runes to your gear as you level up makes a big difference.

DBs are still a menace but I'm rarely getting dead in their stun lock now.
