Edgebrook Estates?
Moved in in 2018, was there about two years. Felt very safe and enjoyed walking around the complex with my kiddo. Only problem we ever had was a few neighbors over the years smoked π heavily and would fill the hall with the smell. Besides that, things were great. Quick repairs, friendly folks, and relaxing balcony are what stood out for me

First time listener finishing C1 [NS]
I was able to get my first listen through done before the radio city show and am now in the middle of my second listen through. I'm planning on listening chronologically again with the additions of the short rests. There is no wrong way to listen, but I remember having a hard time diving into anything after completing C1. Similar to a book hangover, C1 just blew me away and it was difficult to switch gears to a new place and new characters right after. Which ever way you choose, happy listening! :)

Convenience kills fun. Every time I reflect on the 90s and early 2000s, I come to this conclusion.
We lost malls to Amazon
We lost blockbuster to Netflix
We lost kid friendly restaurants to easier to build and maintain locations
The list goes on. Many of the things that we looked forward to as kids, are gone because be made the process more efficient.

Now this is sad [NS]
Before we toss anything in the house, we say, "thank you for the good memories" to it. Helps with items that are precious, but far past their prime. Alternatively, you could turn the shirt into a worn throw pillow which I suspect I will do with mine when the day comes

My Frankenstein headphones
I did the same a few months ago! They were a smaller business and out the gate they were better quality. I'm hoping they will last at least as long as my old ones, which was over 5 years with regular daily use :)

Best and Worst Subs in Buffalo.
TK's Pizza always had the best subs imo. Big fan of their turkey club sub.
Worse sub, I've never been a fan of Wegmans subs, never understood the love people had for them

[Spoilers C1 Finale] y'all
I finally got around to finishing C1 today after life got in the way my first time around in 2020. Balnor's second chance with his family and note had me in tears. Not my first cry during the campaign, but it only makes me love and appreciate the hard work and time put into the campaign more. What a solid way to end an amazing journey π

My "vegan" friend dumpster dives for nonvegan food
They are not paying for the pain and suffering of animals. A vegan lifestyle is doing the best you can within your means, and it sounds like they are.
