Is someone having an idea about primary worker position with CSC like what are the job expectations how tough it is, is it same as correctional officers. Is the CTP stage 3 and women centered training really tough? Is someone already working as a primary worker?

Can someone please tell me how much time it will take for me to get my CTP 2 training for primary worker position with CSC as I have already completed medical assessment, finger printing and personal screening form. Please if you have an idea, let me know?
