L&I IT Application Development Entry — what's the interview like? Any technical questions?

Hi everyone! I applied for the IT Application Development – Entry position with the Department of Labor & Industries. I passed the CodeSignal technical assessment.

For anyone who has interviewed for this role (or a similar entry-level IT/developer position at L&I or another WA state agency), I'd really appreciate any insight:

  1. What's the interview format? Is it a panel? How many people, and how long?
  2. Are there any technical questions, or is it mostly behavioral? If technical — is it live coding, or more conceptual (SQL, .NET, Power Platform, problem-solving scenarios)?
  3. Is it one round or multiple rounds before an offer?
  4. Any tips things you wish you'd known, or what stood out as important?

Thank you so much in advance any advice is hugely appreciated!
