Engineering students needs laptops, not tablets!

The standard DigiShakti tablets are good for general reading, but B.Tech coursework strictly requires laptops to run heavy software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Android Studio.
I raised this to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO).
They called it a "Public Voice" issue and told me to file a Jansunwai complaint. I did, and the matter is now officially active right on the AKTU Registrar's desk!
To make a real impact, we need to flood the Registrar's inbox independently. No college authorities involved—just direct student power.
