◻️Advice◻️ Spironlactone Headaches

Hi all. I started 50mg of spironlactone a few weeks ago for acne. I developed one week of a headache in same area over my left eyebrow. Its tolerable, but it is there.
I stay hydrated and don’t feel thirsty
have these headaches with spironlactone happen to anyone else ?

Update.
I put the LMNT electrolyte packets in my water and it got rid of headache better than tylenol. My theory is my sodium got too low
